The company currently has its offices in Johannesburg and has mobile consultants that are willing to handle projects outside the Gauteng province.

The company was formed by an African woman who is a seasoned procurement professional, who has worked in the procurement and supply chain divisions of various blue-chip companies. The founder of Theko Procurement Solutions (Pty) Ltd, formed this company after realizing that procurement has become increasingly important to the private sector and the public sector, after realizing that it is fast becoming the heartbeat of the company, though it might not be a core function. Theko was formed to assist in aligning and supporting procurement departments in all sectors, to operate at a world-class standard, as well as to assist small to medium corporations with their tender submissions.
